Planner questions
How many guests can the planner handle?
Up to 60, with adults and kids counted separately. Kids count as about 60 percent of an adult for snacks and drinks, and the list grows by roughly 40 percent for each extra film.
How is the run-of-show worked out?
It starts from your arrival time: a 45-minute host setup before, 30 minutes of arrivals and cocoa, then each film at its length with a 20-minute snack break between films (25 minutes when kids are coming) and 15 minutes of credits and goodbyes at the end.
Can I print on A4 and US Letter?
Yes. Pick your paper size and the invitations print four to a sheet with cut guides, the menu card prints one to a sheet. In the print dialog, set margins to none and turn off headers and footers.
Which films does it use?
Pick a mood for each film, such as a gentle laugh, a swoony romance or a whole-family pick, and add the title when you choose it. Each mood comes with a snack pairing that shows up in the break.
Is my plan saved, and can I share it?
The plan saves on this device. The share link carries the whole plan inside the link itself, so a co-host sees the same timeline and lists when they open it.
